Product description – Type VBS
The BEARFIX® VBS bimetallic insulation pin is designed for fastening insulation materials to aluminium base material.
According to the BEARFIX® catalogue, the VBS consists of an aluminium blind stud with a blind hole and an insulation pin pressed in from one side with a ground point.
The main difference compared with the VBS-MS is the point geometry: VBS uses a ground point, whereas VBS-MS uses a chisel point.

- Bimetallic design – AlMg3 body combined with a steel or stainless-steel insulation pin.
- Ground point on one side.
- For aluminium base material.
- Lengths from 30 to 200 mm for the catalogue diameter.
- Available with copper-plated steel 4.8, 1.4301 or 1.4571 pin material.

In the article number, XXX must be replaced by the required l2 length, for example 030 for 30 mm. Dimensions and materials not listed are available on request.
