Product description
The BEARFIX® Type K ceramic ferrule is a reusable permanent ferrule for insulation-pin applications. Unlike conventional single-use ferrules, it can be used for approximately 100 insulation-pin welds under suitable conditions.
Main functions
- Concentrates heat around the welding zone.
- Helps retain and shape the molten weld pool.
- Reduces oxidation during welding.
- Supports repeatable weld geometry and quality.
Selection
